Hi, I’m Coach Alex Larsick!

 

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Bowling Green State University and am a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). With over 5 years of experience as a personal trainer and 4 years as an Athletic Performance Coach, my passion is helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and live the active, healthy lifestyles they desire.


Whether you're looking to improve your athletic performance, build strength, or simply enjoy life to the fullest, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.


Outside of coaching, I’m a huge fan of the cold and snow, and I thrive in the outdoors and wilderness. I'm also an avid sports enthusiast and had the privilege of competing in club track for 3 years at BGSU.
